Back of Beyond Equine Centre is a Christian horse-rescue farm at 2572 Muskoka Rd. 10 in Huntsville, Ontario. Founded about 20 years ago by Bill and Cathy as a breeding operation, it shifted around 2011 toward rescuing and retiring horses others no longer wanted. The farm runs a Summer Horse Day Camp for ages 6 to 11, the Farm Friends program for young children, natural-horsemanship sessions through Horses - The Natural Connection, and the women's program She Walks with Horses and Jesus. Public activities include Pony Pals pony rides, horse farm tours, and pony birthday parties. Draft horses pull fall wagon rides and winter sleigh rides, with proceeds funding care for the rescued herd. Sessions weave in Gospel-based reflection.
