AER helps you find the good outdoors. These terms govern your use of our app, website, and operator systems. By using AER, you agree to them. Here are the rules of the road for using AER.

The Beta

AER is currently in active development. We are building in the open, which means things might break. We appreciate your patience as we refine the platform.

User Conduct

Don't be a jerk. Don't spam. Respect the trails and the community.

Content

You own your photos/reviews; you give us permission to display them. We own the platform and the aggregate environmental data (AER Score).

Liability

We map the outdoors, but we don't control the weather or the terrain. Use AER for planning, but trust your eyes and experience first. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks.

Termination

We can ban users who violate these rules. We may update this from time to time as the platform evolves.
