Elliott Tree Farm
01 — About

The brief.

Elliott Tree Farm sits at 9467 Erin East Garafraxa Townline in Hillsburgh, Ontario, combining a working maple operation with seasonal farm visits. Its Maple Syrup Farm Experience includes a guided sugarbush tour, syrup tasting, maple taffy on ice, and a waffle-and-ice-cream sandwich, plus admission to the on-site Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, which holds Indigenous, pioneer, and early-modern artifacts. From mid-November the farm runs a Christmas Tree Experience with cut-your-own Cannan Fir, Blue Spruce, and Norway Spruce groves and pre-cut Fraser and Balsam Fir at the Field Stone Tree Cellar, alongside Santa's Cabin, a Zoomobile, and bonfires. East and West trail loops stay open year-round for walking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
