Winter Discovery Package

A three-hour family package combining tobogganing and sledding, hill tubing, and a campfire with marshmallow roasting and herbal tea. The visit also includes time with the resident farm animals — sheep, donkey, and horse — for feeding and petting. Designed as an intro winter day for families with young children, with no fitness or experience prerequisites.

Skishoe & Snowshoe Sampler

Three-hour intro session running on Altai Hok 'skishoes' and Tubbs snowshoes, with the route adjusted to participants' abilities under a "challenge by choice" framing. Includes a campfire and roasted s'mores at the base camp. Suited to first-time snowshoers and groups looking for a low-commitment way to compare the two pieces of equipment.

Snowshoe Safaris

Guided snowshoe outings led by Hondo, with the half-day option running from the FYW base camp and the full-day Algonquin Adventure heading into Algonquin Provincial Park. Includes snowshoes, a light hearty snack, and wild-harvested tea by the fire. Off-trail routes focus on wildlife tracking and reading the winter forest.

Algonquin Backcountry Ski Adventure

Full-day guided 'skishoe' day on Altai Hok skis — equipment that combines snowshoe stability with ski glide — through meadows, wetlands, and woodland in Algonquin Provincial Park. Routes follow frozen creeks and lakes, and "every route starts at a different location and takes a unique path." Use your own winter boots or rent ski boots for $10 per day.

What' SUP?

Stand-up paddleboard trips on Muskoka rivers and lakes, with options ranging from a half-day float to a full-day run out of Arrowhead Provincial Park or down the Oxtongue River. Soft-top boards, paddles, PFDs, dry bags, water, and a light snack are provided. The full-day routes include portaging around a waterfall and stops at sandy beaches for swimming.

SUP Paddle 'N Portage Adventure (SUPPP!)

A full-day backcountry SUP route across three lakes connected by three short portages, led by a guide. The fee covers stand-up paddleboard, paddle, PFD, dry bag, lunch, and the park permit. Stanley, the assistant guide dog, comes along at no extra charge. Suited to paddlers comfortable spending a full day on the water and carrying a board between lakes.

Archery Tag

Combat archery using soft, marshmallow-tipped arrows, run as one of three game variations: Storm the Castle, Hungrier Games, or Capture the Gnome. Built for groups looking for a competitive activity that scales from kids' birthday parties to adult corporate teams. The site frames it as "fast-paced, hilarious, and safe."

AXES 'N ARROWS

A two-hour combined program: walk through the woods, throw axes at staged targets, and build a poker hand along the way. Pairs the operator's stationary axe-throwing range with the archery walk-through, and is the program large groups (15 or more) can book outside standard reservation slots.

The Woodsman

One-hour stationary axe-throwing session at the FYW base camp's outdoor range. The shortest, lowest-commitment offering — designed as a drop-in or add-on for groups already on site for another program.

Archery

Outdoor archery range in the Muskoka woods at the FYW base camp, with professional instruction. The one-hour session runs as straight archery; the two-hour upgrade combines it with axe throwing under the Axes 'n Arrows format.

Backcountry Bush Challenges

Team-building program at Morgan Acres combining fire building, a low ropes course, a bouldering wall, and team-mastering tasks. Sessions scale from a one-hour primer to a three-hour challenge block. Designed for groups arriving together rather than individual sign-ups.
