Good Leaf Forest Bathing.
ANFT-certified guided forest bathing walks for public, private, and workplace groups across Southwestern Ontario.

The brief.
Good Leaf Forest Bathing offers guided shinrin-yoku walks in Southwestern Ontario, led by James O'Neill, who completed his Forest Therapy Guide certification with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT) in 2021 and brings roughly ten years of outdoor education and conservation experience. The slow-paced sessions cover 1–2 km over two to three hours and use guided sensory immersion to support health and well-being for both participants and the land. Public walks have run in locations including Brantford and Hamilton, while private bookings serve friends, families, and individuals, and workplace sessions support team-building, corporate retreats, and wellness events. Walks are open to participants aged 16 and over, with a maximum of 15 people per session.
