iSUP Private Lessons

A one-on-one 45-minute paddleboard lesson covering technique, Lake Huron navigation, and safe-boating and rescue practices. Locations are customisable across rivers, private lakes, pools, beaches, and provincial parks — the instructor travels to you. Lessons are run by founder Amy Caperchione, a certified water rescue technician.

$50 per 45-minute session per person

LED SUP (Glow Tours)

A two-hour glow-in-the-dark paddleboard excursion run at beachfronts, lakeshores, and river access points across Grey-Bruce. The format includes party games, music, lights, and a beachfront silent disco; custom itineraries are built around celebrations. Tours are scheduled around named full moons and meteor showers — Strawberry, Buck, Sturgeon, Harvest Moons, plus the Perseids and June Bootids.

$75 per person — or $400 for a group of 4 (Summer Sunset Party Package)

Great Lakes Swimmer Safety Program

A water-safety curriculum that goes beyond stroke instruction: cold-water acclimation, floating techniques, rescue skills, and CPR/AED. Group sessions run weekends at Hibou Conservation Area through July and August; private and semi-private formats are bookable across the season. Designed and delivered by a certified water rescue technician.

$50 per swimmer per session (parent & tot); $88 per swimmer per session (ages 5+)

SUP Sundays

A 90-minute group paddle at Oliphant Beach every Sunday morning through the summer. Registration is by phone; equipment and instruction included. The recurring schedule and single drop-in price make it the most accessible weekly entry point on the calendar.

Summer Camp

Two-hour adventure-based camp sessions for kids, rotating through eight Grey-Bruce locations: Penetangore River (Kincardine), Eidt's Grove (Port Elgin), Saugeen River, Saugeen Beach, Sauble River, Rankin River, Oliphant Beach, and Georgian Bay (Owen Sound). The curriculum integrates water safety, swim skill development, open-water navigation, and safe-boating practice — not a generic camp wrapper around paddleboarding.

iSUP Party Packages

A celebration package designed for weddings, corporate team-building, and birthdays, run at Sauble Beach or Bluewater Outdoor Education Centre on Spry Lake. Each booking includes instruction, beach games, a sunset photoshoot, and a silent disco. Combines the operator's glow-tour and luxury-picnic formats into one block.

$150 per person

SUP PUP Certificate

A four-week certification program for paddleboarding with pets, held at the Sauble River. Sessions build toward a SUP PUP certificate covering pet safety, board sharing, and on-water recovery — a niche format with few comparable offerings in Ontario.

$60 per session, or $200 for the 4-session program

Group iSUP Events

Guided group SUP excursions on inflatable boards with a qualified instructor. Bookable throughout the operating day for flexible group formats — corporate outings, friend groups, or extended-family paddles.

iSUP Sunset Sessions

Expert-guided one-hour evening paddles covering navigation, boating safety, and rescue technique. Smaller in scope than the LED Glow Tours and pitched at solo learners wanting a structured sunset outing rather than a group celebration.

$50 per person per hour

iSUP Day Trip for Two (Rental)

A four-hour self-guided rental kit for two paddlers: two inflatable boards with paddles, two life jackets, two whistles, two rescue bags, two dry packs, two land-anchor kits, and a pump. Built for paddlers who want to head out independently with a full safety load-out.

$200 plus 13% sales tax and 3.5% convenience fee

Safe Boating Rental Package

A day rental of the safety kit alone — 10L dry pack, rescue throw bag, emergency whistle, LED flashlight, Transport Canada–approved life jacket, and land-anchor kit — for paddlers who own their board but want the full rescue load-out for a Lake Huron outing.

$50 plus 13% sales tax (optional Motorola two-way radio +$25 each)

Mobile Wellness Services

Three on-water and shoreline wellness formats: Outdoor Aquafit, Shallow Water Breath Work Meditation, and Intentional Cold Exposure with Breath Work. The broader wellness suite — sound baths, somatic trance, water therapy, breathwork coaching — is delivered at-home or at events across Grey-Bruce by founder Amy Caperchione, a certified breathwork guide.

$20 plus tax per 30-minute session

ECO Retreats

A bell-tent camping retreat in Bruce County set on a butterfly sanctuary, with private lake access, catered meals from The Kitchen; Sauble Beach, breath work, sound baths, glow paddleboarding, and plantwave sessions. Dates and pricing not posted — operator runs a wait list; contact for details.
