Loyalist Charters is a Picton, Ontario–based fishing and tour operator on the Bay of Quinte, run by Captain Geoff Norris — a Prince Edward County native and Transport Canada–certified charter captain. Trips run Monday through Saturday in May, June, September, October, and November from the Picton Harbour Inn Docks at 33 Bridge Street. The 26' Wooldridge pilothouse — all-welded aluminum, Transport Canada certified, with twin 150HP engines, a 25HP kicker, autopilot, radar, sonar, GPS, and Scotty downriggers — fishes walleye grounds across Picton Bay, Thompsons Point, Long Reach, Hay Bay, Adolphus Reach, and Keiths Shoal. Half-day and full-day charters base from 1–4 guests; a 1.5-hour scenic tour runs as a separate offering on the same vessel.

Scenic Boat Tours
For: General public; minimum 3 passengers, maximum 7When: Contact for availability (operator season: May, June, September, October, November)A 1.5-hour, 22 km round-trip cruise in the protected inland waters of the Bay of Quinte aboard the 26' pilothouse with indoor and outdoor seating. The route takes in the Glenora Ferry, the Lake on the Mountain waterfall, Glen Island, Carnachan Bay, the working shipping terminals, and waterfront homes and cottages. Soft drinks and water are included. Custom tours are available on request.
