Merrickville Lions Campground sits along the Rideau Canal in the village of Merrickville, Ontario, operated by the local Lions Club as a community fundraiser. The grounds offer 36 sites: serviced RV sites with 30 or 50 amp power along with dry sites for tents and smaller setups. Each site comes with a picnic table and firepit, and the property includes a boat ramp, dump station, hot showers, and complimentary firewood. Single and double kayaks and canoes are available to rent by the hour from a dedicated launch ramp, with PFDs and safety kits supplied. Proceeds from camping and rentals support local charities and projects coordinated by the Merrickville Lions Club.
