The brief.

ONE AXE Pursuits is an outdoor adventure operator based at 24 Henderson St in Elora, Ontario, founded in 2001 by Frederick Schuett and co-run by partner Christa Niravong. The company guides rock climbing and rappelling at Victoria Park in Elora and in Milton, runs a 60-foot ice climbing experience and Zipline Extreme at Victoria Park, and offers mountaineering trips in Elora and Mexico. Urban rappelling departs from the ONE AXE office. The operator also runs corporate team-building programs including the Amazing Elora Race, Adventure Team Challenge and Mission Impossible, and provides film and TV stunt rigging. It has received local recognition including a Responsible Tourism Award (2022) and a 25-year long-service award (2026).
