The brief.

Ride the Bine runs guided craft beverage tours through Southwestern Ontario, founded in spring 2017 by Amanda and Susan, both raised on farms in the region. Starting in Norfolk County, they have expanded to London, Brantford, Hamilton, Lambton Shores and Huron County, visiting wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries including the emerging North Shore of Lake Erie wine region. Susan is a Level 1 Certified Sommelier (Pommelier) and a craft cider and mead producer; Amanda is a local educator and apple farm operator. Day tours run roughly four to seven hours for groups of two to fourteen guests, with options ranging from wine-focused outings to brewery and cidery mixers, plus shorter walking food tours in Port Dover. The operator is based in Simcoe, Ontario.
