Royal Canadian Falconry.

Hands-on falconry experiences and a 30-hour falconry course in the Haliburton Highlands, with raptors flown by an RVT-led handler

01 — About

The brief.

Royal Canadian Falconry is a family-owned falconry centre based near Haliburton, Ontario, running hands-on raptor sessions and a private 30-hour falconry course from a Haliburton Highlands site that is shared with guests on booking. The operation is led by a Registered Veterinary Technician and carries up to $5 million in commercial liability insurance, with practical course work conducted using Harris' hawks and Red-tailed hawks. Bookings are by appointment only — no drop-ins — through an online scheduler. Outside the consumer experiences, the same team runs falconry-based bird control across Southern Ontario for venues, orchards, vineyards, and industrial sites, and supplies animal talent to productions including Animal Planet and HGTV.
