Stoked MTB Sessions.
PMBIA-certified mountain bike instruction and clinics for riders of all levels across Ontario.

The brief.
Stoked MTB Sessions is a mobile mountain bike instruction outfit serving riders across Ontario, from Windsor to Ottawa and Niagara to Sault Ste Marie. Founded in January 2020 by Mel, a PMBIA-certified instructor and former Trek Women's Advocate, the operation grew out of years leading women's group rides with Freewheel Cycle and the Freewheel Dirt Girls. Mel has since assembled a team of experienced instructors who share a student-centric coaching approach. Sessions run at trail networks including Christie Lake, The Hydrocut, Guelph Lake, The Pines, London, Woodstock, Collingwood, North Bay, and Sault Ste Marie. Programming covers private and semi-private lessons, skills clinics, multi-day camps, women's retreats, progression series, and bike maintenance classes for riders of any age.
