The brief.

Toronto Heli Tours is a commercial helicopter sightseeing operator flying from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport on the Toronto Islands, in business since 1997. The fleet seats three passengers plus pilot, with every seat a window seat, and flies at 2,000 feet above the city. The shorter eight-minute Heli Tour #1 covers downtown from the CNE grounds east to the Don Valley, with a close pass of the CN Tower; the fourteen-minute Heli Tour #2 extends the loop 35 km to take in Casa Loma, High Park, and the Brick Works. Three private "Romantic" packages adapt the same routes for couples, including a sunset Romantic Interlude limited to one flight per evening. Office hours run Wednesday through Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm.

An eight-minute downtown loop at 2,000 feet and roughly 100 mph, running from the Canadian National Exhibition grounds east to the Don Valley and from the Lake Shore north to Bloor Street. The route passes close to the CN Tower with views of City Hall, the Ontario Parliament Building, the harbour, and the Toronto Islands. All three seats are window seats; check-in assigns seating by weight and balance.

Heli Tour #2 — Extended Helicopter Tour Over Toronto

A 35 km, 14-minute extension of the downtown route. After the core loop, the flight tracks west to Humber Bay and High Park, north to St. Clair, and east over Casa Loma and the Brick Works before returning downtown. The fourteen-minute version adds the residential-and-ravine half of the city to the harbour-and-skyline core of Tour #1.
