Zen Climb.

Guided outdoor rock climbing courses and mentorship on the Niagara Escarpment and in Squamish.

Zen Climb
01 — About

The brief.

Zen Climb runs outdoor rock climbing instruction at Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area in Milton, Ontario, with additional Niagara Escarpment sites (Buffalo Crag, Devil's Glen, Metcalfe Rock, Eagle's Nest, Lion's Head) and Smoke Bluffs Park in Squamish, British Columbia. Instructors hold AMGA and ACMG certifications. The progression runs from beginner Try Climbing sessions through introductory courses, rappelling and anchor setup, gym-to-crag top-rope, sport and traditional lead climbing, multi-pitch technique, improvised self-rescue, and a top-rope instructor certification. One-on-one mentorship trips, youth group programs, and multi-day summer camps (climbing-focused and an Adventure Leadership Development stream) round out the offerings. Courses run roughly April through November and are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
