Forest Bathing With Beth.

ANFT-certified forest bathing walks across Simcoe County and an annual French River retreat at The Lodge at Pine Cove

Forest Bathing With Beth
01 — About

The brief.

Forest Bathing With Beth is a Barrie, Ontario forest bathing practice run by Beth Foster, a retired teacher certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Walks run 2–3 hours and rarely cover more than a kilometre, designed for anyone who can manage a slow stroll or sit under a tree. Public sessions take place across Simcoe County — Spirit Catcher Park on the Barrie waterfront, the Drury Tract of Simcoe County Forest in Oro-Medonte, and the Tranquility Garden in Sunnidale Park — alongside private bookings and a four-day Wild Calm 2.0 retreat each September at The Lodge at Pine Cove on the French River. Beth also designed the self-guided forest bathing trail at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain.
