Niagara Wine Tour Guides is an owner-operated, small-group wine tour company running daily tasting tours out of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Founded in 2013 by David Paget — a member of The Court of Master Sommeliers — the company runs structured tastings at family-owned wineries across the Niagara Peninsula, with charcuterie and chocolate-icewine pairings on every tour and a guide who stays with the group from pickup to drop-off. Tours use 12–15 seat vans with a maximum of 14 guests, and door-to-door pickup is included from any Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake accommodation. The product line spans a daily public Sip and Savour Wine Tour, bachelorette-formatted tours, the seven-hour Bootlegger Tour adding a distillery, cidery, and brewery, and private and corporate buyouts.
