    Hourly stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals from Living Water Marina at 15 Harbour St East on Collingwood harbour. Each booking includes life jackets, anchor, bailer, and paddles, and operators must demonstrate competence with the equipment before launch. Living Water Resort hotel guests can use voucher codes for two rentals valued at $90; non-guests book directly with the marina.

    Slips & Dockage

    For: Boat owners with vessels from PWC up to 80 feet.When: Dockage May to October; transient stays maximum 3 nights.

    Full-service floating and northwall slips at Living Water Marina include shore power, dock lights, fresh water, washrooms, showers, complimentary laundry, VHF docking assistance, finger lights, and 24-hour security. Seasonal slip-holders also access the resort's pools, recreation centre, and tennis facilities. Transient bookings call 705-446-3289 a week in advance.

    Winterize

    For: Boat owners with sterndrive, inboard, 4-stroke or 2-stroke outboard engines.When: Fall, ahead of the October–May winter storage period.

    Engine-specific winterize packages with a 20-point inspection and report. Sterndrive includes drive removal and inspection, gear oil, gimbal and coupler check, and battery load test. Inboard includes engine oil and filter, transmission and V-drive oil, and block and manifold drain. Outboard packages cover lower unit gear oil change, fuel/storage additive, and battery service. Water system and generator winterizing offered separately.

    Indoor Heated Storage

    Indoor winter storage at 10°C with haul-out and launch, transport from/to Cranberry Marina, pressure wash, blocking, and launch priority. Storage period October 1 to May 31; pricing on request and calculated by length over all. Winterizing and summerizing not included.

    Outdoor Storage

    Outdoor winter storage with haul-out and launch, pressure wash, blocking, and shrink wrap. Storage period October 1 to May 31; pricing on request and calculated by length over all.

    Detailing

    Ten detailing packages coded WASH01 through WASH10, ranging from a topsides wash and rinse (WASH01) to a full wash, compound, and wax with Aquabuff 2000 and 3M UV liquid wax (WASH08). Estimates by request to service@southwindsmarine.com.

    Snowmobile Sales & Service
