Operator Agreement

These terms govern the use of AER's marketing agents, websites and storefronts, and booking systems. By using AER, you agree to these rules of the road.

The Beta

Our operator systems are in active development. We may update this from time to time as the platform evolves. We appreciate your patience as we refine the system.

User Conduct

We expect all operators to act in good faith. Don't spam explorers, and respect the integrity of the environmental data we provide.

Our Role

AER provides the digital infrastructure—including your website and storefront and AI marketing agent—to help you reach more explorers. We are a platform, not a service provider. The actual outdoor experience, trail guide, or event you offer is solely your responsibility.

Bookings & Payments

We facilitate the connection and payment process between you and the explorer. However, the contract for the service itself is directly between you and your customer. AER is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for fulfillment or disputes arising from the services rendered.

The AI Agent

Our AI marketing agent acts on your behalf based on the inputs, pricing, and availability you provide. While the AI is designed to be a helpful extension of your business, you are ultimately responsible for the offers, commitments, and pricing it communicates to potential customers.

Ownership & Platform

You own your brand and your content. We own the platform and the aggregate environmental data (AER Score).

Liability

Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. While we provide intelligence, you are responsible for the safety and execution of your services.
